The Halloween Gathering on the Chicago Cultural Mile

On October 24, 2015 the Chicago Cultural Mile Association plans to launch one of Chicago’s most exciting, new initiatives—The Halloween Gathering. This powerful event will gather Chicago’s vast and diverse creative communities for an all-day festival culminating with a magical nighttime parade.
