- D.E.A.D. Rising in Crestwood, IL presents a special event where patrons MUST be 18+ with an ID and you will get bloody
- Haunted Hills Hospital in Lake Station, IN presents their own waiver required form of Blackout
- House of Torment Chicago in Morton Grove, IL brings you Blackout
- Midnight Terror in Oak Lawn, IL wants to see who can handle their Clown Takeover
- Niles Haunted House Scream Park in Niles, MI presents Black Out!
- Raven’s Grin Inn in Mt. Carroll, IL which brings you Halloween fun all Year-Round
- Realm of Terror Haunted House in Round Lake Beach, IL lets you experience their normal seasonal attraction for one last night
- Screamatorium in Rockford, IL brings you Dark Stalkers
- SCARE at the Park in Alsip, IL lets you experience the scares one last time
- 13th Floor Chicago in Melrose Park, IL presents Blackout
