We wanted to send you a quick reminder that our 4th Annual Haunter Horde Gathering is less than two weeks away! On Saturday, July 29th, haunters from Illinois and surrounding states will converge on the Bristol Renaissance Faire (in Kenosha, WI, just north of the Illinois border) for a day of networking & fun. If you are associated with a home haunt, a large scale mega-haunt or anything in-between, come on out and join us! Bring your entire haunt crew. The more, the merrier!
Throughout the day, we will be giving away more than $3,500 worth of prizes from haunt industry vendors (see our list of sponsors below this message). The following are only a few of the prizes that will be raffled off.
In addition to the prize raffles, there will be a character creation contest, a scavenger hunt and a “dead silent” auction, with all proceeds to benefit the charities “Scares That Care” and “Don’t Be A Monster”. We have reserved Cotswold Commons, a private party area on the faire grounds, exclusively for Haunter Horde attendees. This is a great opportunity for you to meet and network with other haunters in the off-season. It is going to be a blast!
We will be at Cotswold Commons as early as 10:00 a.m. checking guests in! Scheduled activities will be held throughout the day, until 5:00pm.
Arrive at the Faire in costume for the Character Creation Contest! We’ll hand out the list for the scavenger hunt at check-in.
All Haunter Horde guests will need to purchase a general admission ticket to the Bristol Renaissance Faire, but there will be no additional cost to attend our event. There is also no limit to the number of people you can bring from your haunt group. Don’t forget to use our discount code (BRX719) to buy tickets online and get an exclusive Haunted Illinois discount! Click here to buy tickets now!
